If you are referring to the text generation, then I’m not sure if OpenAI supports Vietnamese at this moment, initially we had 35 languages, but after testing we had to remove 7 of them as OpenAI simply ignored them.

It does support Arabic, at least that’s what we saw during testing. RTL is not implemented. Note: We are not Arabic speakers, so you might want to test it by yourself.

I have a few pre-sales questions:
1) Regarding the subscription, is this developed by allowing subscription to continue automatically roll every month until the user cancels? E.g. I sign up on 1st Feb 2023 and I get billed automatically every 1st of the month automatically and my allowance resets?
2) You have features such as SEO meta description, video description, etc.
Are there any plans for long-form content and so on?
3) There seems to be quiet a few resolution issue where things are out of line especially when you log in, will this be fixed as a priority? See some examples on this screenshot -> https://snipboard.io/heyTmX.jpg
4) The user experience seems to be a bit confusing, is there any plan to improve the users experience on the application such as making it more clear where the actions are, make it easier to find where to generate everything. At the moment everything seems to be squeezed into one page.
5) If I were to update the front end / UX with my own design when updating the application with any new updates, will this then revert back to your design? If so how can this be overcome?
6) Finally, in order to run SAAS and charge customers which licence is needed? Regular or Extended? If purchased Regular can I start charging customers?

1 – Yes of course, that’s how subscriptions supposed to work. Just make sure you generate proper plan ids for your payment gateways and webhooks to process auto payments. There is a video tutorial for that in the docs.
2 – OpenAI has a hard limit for each Model (Ada, Davinci, etc). I don’t know what you mean by long form content, but you cannot exceed that threshold per text generation task. Which is still good, refer to openai page for more info on limits.
3 – what kind of device and screen resolution are you using? You will need to reach a breakpoint thresholds and bootstrap grid system kicks in. Image is a bit strange, those 2 parts (pricing table and user info) are not located next to each other…
4 – explain better what is confusing for you. Later today or tomorrow we will release a video. So far seems straightforward to use. Login as a user to see what users sees.
5 – keep your sass/css files and put the back after update
6 – yes
You can customize the script as you prefer.
We will add more with the next updates. If you are familiar with Laravel framework, then of course you can, just be prepared that your changes might get overwritten with the update in case if you decide to update.

Your suggestion is already implemented with Subscription plans. If you click on create a Subscription Plan in Admin Panel, you can see that you have lot’s of control there for each plan including setting different AI Models. (Not the case for prepaid plans as they are mainly needed to top up some credits)

1) I asked about the auto subscription rollover as there is another script on here which doesn’t allow this and you have to do manually every month (strange I know) hence just confirming.
2) Example is I generated a article earlier with the demo account and kept the default limit of words to 200 but it didn’t complete a paragraph it stopped midway through a sentence, e.g. it displayed ‘Another worry about AI is its potential to become a threat to humanity. While this is a valid feat, it ….’
3) I am using a normal PC and monitor 1280 x 1024, they are not located next to each other I copied them individually to show them in one screenshot.
4) I have logged in as a user. Its not bad to use but the user experience could be improved such as the editor and price plan information is all located in one page at the moment.
Also regarding hosting what providers do you recommend? Are there any requirements?

2 – yep, that is totally normal. Openai models need a command to stop, in this particular case, length of the output text is the command to cut. If you list say 1000 word length result, you might actually get a text with less words in it, but with complete sentences. Script is built in a way that it charges a user for the actual text length returned, so you can confidently put desired value in text length field.
3 – 1280×1024 is some sort of a square box size I must say. You might have your own reasons for using that screen size, but it is no way near of standard resolution. Try fullhd 1920×1080.
4 – editor and price plan are located at the same page? Are you sure you are not confusing anything? If you are referring to backend, all price plans live on their own dedicated page… so we have no clue what are you referring to…
How do I translate the admin panel? I don’t see an option to edit the translation file.
Translation of interface is not via admin panel. Send us a support request after the purchase, we will explain how.

Don’t worry, openai will not allow you by default to use most of the time to use these keywords in offensive way

I tested your demo. I would like to make a suggestion.
Whenever I change the text generation tool it creates a new document. Ideally, the document should remain the same.
We were thinking about it during development, but decided to go with individual pages as use cases most of the time will not correlate with one another, especially as number of templates will grow. Sole purpose of the script is to generate AI text and not to write a book at one go.
In our roadmap we have plans for something called as Smart Editor, which pretty much will do what you are asking.
I’m sure each project will use different creation tools.
As it is, everything will be ctrl+c ctrl+v.
